Our Service allows members to access the site and rent or purchase products from Liz Camilia Couture in accordance with these terms and conditions. Members also agree to comply with any terms, conditions, or policies that Liz Camilia Couture may provide to users from time to time on the site. Members may rent and purchase from our available selection with no limits on the number of times. However, we reserve the right to ask for a deposit and/or limit the number of items that a member may rent at any time.
The items’ rental and boutique prices, and shipping policies are outlined on the site. Delivery time for products you have selected to rent and purchase may vary based upon (a) inventory availability, (b) your delivery address, (c) time you place an order, and (d) other circumstances impacting delivery. Liz Camilia Couture makes no guarantees as to actual delivery time. The renting period begins when the item has been received. The risk of loss for items shipped passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We cover small damages and removable stains. In the event that the dress is badly stained/ abused/ damaged/ torn/ stolen/ burnt or exceeding normal wear and tear as determined in our sole discretion, we will assess the damages and inform you of the additional charges needed to repair the outfit. Should the outfit be damaged beyond repair or lost, you will be required to make payment equivalent to the full retail price of the dress as shown on our site.
This does not cover the theft or loss of an item and therefore you will be responsible for the full retail price of the time immediately. Rental fees will continue to accrue until the payment is received in full.
We reserve the right to close your account at any time if we notice multiple cases of excessive damage or abuse to the items you have rented.
Returns/Late Fee Policy
Liz Camilia Couture accepts rental exchanges within the 4 days rental period. Any differences in value of the gowns will be bore by the client. The customer will also be responsible for shipping and liable for $25 each day the gown is late. These fees are on top of the rental prices of the item.
We allow cancellation of dress reservation 10 days before scheduled delivery/collection date. Upon cancellation, the customer will be given a credit equivalent to the same value of the existing rental with a 6 month validity.
When you join as a member you will be required to provide Liz Camilia Couture with accurate, complete and current credit card information for a valid credit card that you are authorized to use. By signing up for our service, you authorize Liz Camilia Couture or its agent to bill your credit card for the applicable per-item or borrowing fees, shipping charges, and all applicable taxes, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of our service.
You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your credit card by the issuer, bank, or financial institution including, but not limited to, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over the credit limit fees. You agree to notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 90 days after they first appear on your account statement. Once the order has gone through and shipped, only the actual amount of the order and any applicable taxes/fees will be charged. In the event an order is cancelled, the funds authorized are released back to you subject to the rules of your financial institution, in determining the time that you will have the funds back.
All applicable local, city, and state taxes are your responsibility. You agree to pay these taxes.
