How does Liz Camilia Couture work?

At Liz Camilia Couture, we produce and rent an array of couture looks without the heavy couture price tag. You can select from an array of beautiful and intricately crafted evening dresses and jewelry. Every piece is a unique and luxurious masterpiece that steals the limelight when you walk into the room.

Looking your best helps you open doors to many opportunities. To ensure you get well covered, we offer personalized styling services and image consulting to help you look your best for that special event.

Liz Camilia Couture is run and managed by the Creative Director and Fashion Designer Elizabeth Camilia Lee.

For how long can I rent a dress?

Browse, choose a look to rent for your event, and make your payment at checkout. You may also come down to our showroom to try our couture dresses before renting. The rental period is set at 4 days but it can also be extended for an additional fee of $40 a day. We will deliver your dress 1-2 days before your event and once you are done, we can arrange a courier to pick up the dress for an additional fee or you can drop it off for free.

How are the dresses cleaned?

We send our dresses for thorough dry cleaning with our cleaning services partner. Each piece is then inspected for quality and steam ironed with care so that it’s ready for you.

What if the dresses I ordered doesn’t fit?

In the event that your dresses does not fit, email us within 24 hours and we are able to deliver/ exchange another dress for you before your event at S$15. Alternatively, arrange a fitting session appointment at our showroom.

What if I accidentally tear or stain the dress?

We cover small damages and removable stains. In the event that the dress is badly stained/ damaged/ torn/ stolen/ burnt, we will assess the damages and inform you of the additional charges needed to repair the outfit. Should the outfit be damaged beyond repair or lost, you will be required to make payment equivalent to the full retail price of the dress as shown on our website.

Can I buy a couture dress or accessory online?

All styles are Ready to Wear and is available for rent and purchase online. We also provide Made to Order dresses which are not available to purchase directly on our website. If you would like to purchase a customized gown, please contact us with a few reference pictures and detailed specifications.

When will my Made to Order items be available for deliver?

Please allow up to 10 weeks of production time on all Made to Orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your item is ready for delivery. For more information on availability, please contact us.

How can I determine the proper size to order?

A size chart is located on each individual product detail page. If you would like a Made to Order bespoke dress made just for your body measurements, please send us your measurements according to this chart.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. To find out if your country is included, please contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, as well as cash in our showroom.

How secure is your payment system?

Your credit card information is completely secure. Our online payment services are provided by Paypal and Stripe – the online payment system trusted and used by e-commerce websites all over the world.
